In addition to showing you important outage details, the Outage Tracker includes the following features:

  • A weather function to better understand how weather may be impacting the system and affecting outages
  • Convenient pop-up box displays estimated restoration time and the power status at your location
  • Easily report an outage with the new REPORT button. All you need is your phone number (or meter number) and your house number
  • Toggle between English and Spanish translations to view in your preferred language
