Power Alert Service (PAS) will keep you informed by sending free text*, email, or phone notifications when there is a power outage at or near your home or business. You will get notifications:
- When an outage affects your home or business
- With status updates and estimated restoration times
- When your power is restored
You can add up to 15 text, email or phone recipients, so everyone who needs to know gets alerts and easily manage your contact preferences in My Account. For more information view our FAQs.
