211 Texas/United Way Helpline
Dial 2-1-1 to speak with the Texas United Way Helpline. This helpline is a free, confidential service that can help you and your family prepare for and stay safe during emergencies. They are available 24/7 and provide support in multiple languages.

State of Texas Emergency Assistance Registry Program
You can register for the State of Texas Emergency Assistance Registry (STEAR) Program to notify local first responders if you or a loved one need extra assistance in an emergency. Visit STEAR.Texas.gov or call 512-913-2353.

Disability Rights Texas
