CenterPoint Energy's Pipeline Services unit recently signed an agreement to provide pipeline integrity services to Vectren Energy Delivery. Headquartered in Evansville, Indiana, Vectren serves over one million gas and electric customers in Indiana and Ohio.

CenterPoint Energy Pipeline Services will provide pipeline mapping, pipeline integrity plan development support, high consequence area (HCA) determination, risk analysis and prioritization of inspection. "We were most impressed with CenterPoint Energy's experience and approach to this project, and are very pleased with the progress thus far," said Scott Albertson, Vectren's Director of Technical Services.

Pipeline Services' pipeline integrity team will provide these services.
